Ordering Guidelines This page is to help provide answers to common questions prior to ordering.    All domestic orders receive free first class USPS shipping!  Canadian orders please add $2.00 (regardless of number of items purchased).  We welcome orders from our international friends, shipping starts at $5.00.  Please email for specific pricing to your country.   We ship at least three times per week and all orders are sent out via first class USPS, so you can expect your items to arrive in a timely manner.   The only exception to this is if you have selected items that have yet to be fired (past offerings/custom work).  In this case, we will give you an expected delivery and firing time in advance.   We want all of our customers to be happy with their purchases and we stand behind every item we sell.  If you are unhappy for any reason, we will accept a return provided the item or items in question are shipped back to us with the same care in which they were shipped out.    All of the beads that we sell were created here by either Aimee or myself.  We do not sell mass produced or sweat shop beads.  All beads are properly flame and kiln annealed to ensure lasting durability and beauty.    If you have any questions, please use the 'contact us' feature to the left and one of us will respond to your question within a day's time.
